The challenge
Right Nutri was running on Shopify's native reports, a paid cohort tool, and a spreadsheet a team member rebuilt every Monday. Each surface told a slightly different story about who was repeat-buying, so the marketing team second-guessed every Klaviyo flow. What changed
By the Numbers replaced all three sources. The AI Monday briefing surfaced two repeat-buyer segments the team had never explicitly built — "30-day returners with full-fat orders" and "protein-only buyers cooling off". Those segments were pushed straight into Klaviyo as live audiences, and an LTV cohort view replaced the spreadsheet entirely.
The outcome
Within one quarter the cooling-off segment was being targeted with a tailored win-back flow, lifting repeat revenue 28% against the prior quarter. The data engineering subscription was cancelled and the Monday spreadsheet ritual went away. The team now opens one tab instead of three.
