Audit questions, answered
Is this really free?
Yes, and it does not require installing anything. We do it because a review of your setup tends to surface whether By the Numbers would help you, which is a better sales conversation than a demo. If the answer is that your current stack is fine, the audit says that.
What access do you need?
None by default. The audit runs on your store URL and what you tell us about your setup. If a question cannot be answered without looking at a report, we ask first, and a read-only view is enough.
How long does it take?
Within two business days. A person reads every submission and writes the audit, so the queue is real. If it is going to take longer than that, we tell you rather than letting it drift.
What if I already use another analytics app?
Then the audit is more useful, not less. Most of the ten points are about setup and coverage rather than which app you run. The most common finding is that an existing tool is configured in a way that quietly undercounts something.
