The New By the Numbers Arrives December 8

On Tuesday, December 8, 2026, your store moves to the new By the Numbers, and the previous version closes. There is nothing to install or set up. Open By the Numbers from your Shopify admin, as you do today.

What happens on December 8

Your data, segments, goals, and connected integrations are already in the new version. You open the app the same way, and your plan and price stay the same.

The new By the Numbers page lists what changes and what stays the same, answers common questions, and gives a short tour of the new app.

Can I move before December 8?

Yes. In By the Numbers, choose Switch to the New UI in the side navigation. Use it whenever you are ready.

What if I am on an earlier plan?

Today's plans are priced by monthly orders. They include the same reports and integrations, and differ in order volume, teammate seats, Copilot messages, and support. Earlier plans were sold by feature tier, before today's pricing, under the names Growth, Pro, and Premium. They keep their price and the features they came with. Features added since then show which plans include them.

Two earlier plans share a name with today's plans: Growth and Pro. They are different plans, so the pricing page does not describe an earlier Growth or Pro. The earlier plans section of the new page explains what each one keeps.

Moving to one of today's plans is your choice. It adds the features your earlier plan did not include and changes your price. It does not happen automatically, and after you move there is no way back to an earlier plan.
