Earlier plans

On an earlier plan? Here is what you keep.

The pricing page lists the features of today's plans. Earlier plans were sold a different way, so that page does not describe them.

Your price and the features your plan includes stay as they are on December 8.

Today's plans

Starter, Growth, Pro, Advanced, and Unlimited

  • Priced by monthly orders.
  • Include the same reports and integrations.
  • Differ in order volume, teammate seats, Copilot messages, and support.
Earlier plans

Sold as Growth, Pro, and Premium

  • Sold by feature tier, before today's pricing.
  • Keep their price.
  • Keep the features the plan includes.
  • Features added since then show which plans include them.

Same name, different plan

Two earlier plans share a name with today's plans: Growth and Pro. They are different plans. An earlier Growth or Pro is not today's Growth or Pro, so the pricing page does not describe it. Not sure which you are on? Contact us.

Moving to a current plan

Moving to one of today's plans adds the features your earlier plan did not include, and it changes your price. The choice is yours, and it does not happen automatically. After you move, there is no way back to an earlier plan. See today's plans.

Questions about the move

Will my price change?

No. Your plan and price stay the same. Stores on an earlier plan keep their price and the features their plan includes.

Do I lose any data?

No. Your data, segments, goals, and connected integrations are already in the new By the Numbers.

Do I need to do anything?

No. There is nothing to install or set up. Open By the Numbers from your Shopify admin, as you do today.

Do I need a new login?

No. You open By the Numbers from your Shopify admin, as you do today.

Can I keep using the previous version?

Until Tuesday, December 8, 2026. The previous version closes that day, and your store opens in the new By the Numbers.

My plan is called Pro, so why don't I have what Pro includes on the pricing page?

You may be on an earlier Pro, which is a different plan from today's Pro. Today's plans include the same reports and integrations and are priced by monthly orders. Earlier plans were sold by feature tier, and they keep their price and the features they came with.

How do I switch early?

In By the Numbers, choose Switch to the New UI in the side navigation.

Open the new By the Numbers

The new version opens the same way the current one does.

You can also open it from your Shopify admin, as you do today.
