How to Use Segments to Boost Your Marketing Effort

First, open the By the Numbers app and select the "Segments" option from the left-hand navigation menu.

Next, click on the "Create Segment" button.

Then, add the filter  "Used any discount code" and set it to "Yes".

Finally, click on "Test Segment" to review the metrics and ensure that they are accurate.

You can also skip the above steps and simply select "Non-full price Customers" from our 30+ preset segments within By the Numbers. This will give you a clear understanding of your customer base and their purchasing habits without the need to create a custom segment:
