We take the average of your orders from the last 3 months, right up to your billing day. This approach ensures your plan accurately reflects your store’s current activity and growth.

If your order volume exceeds your current plan's limits, don’t worry—you won’t be automatically moved to a higher plan. If we see that your average order volume over the last 3 months consistently goes beyond your plan’s cap, we'll notify you so you can update your plan as needed. We’re here to help you stay on the right plan for your business, without any unexpected changes!
